Bordoodle • Female • 4 years • 21" to the shoulder
Jessie is a sweet and very intelligent dog. She is comfortable in her own space but will take cuddles and affection when it is wanted. She's mid-size and lightly built. She loves running and chasing with other dogs, and has learned to play really well. Although she doesn't have a strong hunting instinct, she does love to chase small furries. She loves to play catch. She is really smart - she seems to study situations thoughtfully. She is happy with visitors and is great with basic instructions (although if a pond is close, she will ignore you and jump in). She'll only come onto a sofa if asked. Jessie was previously an only dog but she has gained confidence and is much happier with other dogs around her, so we are looking for a fairly rural home with at least one other dog. We don't think Jessie would suit a home with young children as she can be startled and her reaction would be to growl and/or snap. However, with older children who would respect her space, she should be fine.
Jessie is being fostered in Norfolk.
Please complete our adoption enquiry form if you think you could offer Jessie the home he/she deserves.
